My worst experience ever

I went there as a last resort because all other hotels near Kings Dominion were booked. This one is right outside a trucker rest stop, so all kinds of unsavory characters are loitering outside. The grounds felt unbelievably unsafe, and the "arcade" was a tiny room full of stinky truckers smoking, playing x-rated touchscreen video games, and ogling my girlfriend....

Not up to Econolodge Standards

I stopped here on my way south to break up a long journey by car. We have an Econolodge we really like in North Carolina, but I knew I wouldn't make it that far, so I figured Econolodge is Econolodge, right? Not so much.

stayed many places in usa and this was the worst the place needs knocked down would always ask to view rooms now it was smelly and dirty never again.

I read the reviews on here and still decided to stay here. I get a discount for staying at Choice Hotels anyways, plus I know not all truck stop hotels are bad I have stayed at a few good ones this is not one of them. We were on are way back from a week stay in Maryland seeing Washing...
