All we have had from this company is problems. They are currently 70+ days overdue in some payments that they owe us. In total, Eclipse owes us about $27,000. They lie about having sent checks, avoid phone calls and emails, and are just terrible to deal with. We have already had our lawyer send notifications, receiving no responses in return. I do NOT recommend ANY COMPANY do business with Eclipse. Hopefully our mistake will help others in the future.

This company failed to pay for a load we completed. I have to now resort to submitting a bond claim, contacting credit bureau, and submitting a small claims filing. I should have followed my factor company advice and not taken this load. …
