Office staff and handy men are good. There are some problem people who live in the complex. When you are shown the property on the golf cart in the day time,all seems well. Its at night the others come out or inside living next to you do you really see the problems. Lived there 1 year and golf carted my butt out as fast as we could !

And we got a two bedroom townhouse for a very good price! The community is friendly and the the grounds are well cared for. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable and helped me and my roommate because this was our first place. Parking is ok, no decal checking though so make sure to be friendly with you neighbors. Tons of kids here, and even a local babysitter in one of the units! No...

Friendly community and good staff! I've lived here for 2 yrs and always had my request solved and questions answered. I'd recommend to ppl wanting to stay close to the beaches and bases... Of course the jet noise is for those who live breathe and eat jets!

If you are looking for a cheap place to live, this is it. However, the only thing cheap is the rent. Water, sewer and electric bill can be quite a bit, so don't forget to add that to the equation.
