Most of the time when I come in with some small part they have a few boxes of similar parts to look through and usually find what I need. I went in there one day to get a part. First of all, no one was at the counter. No big deal. I didn't mind waiting. Then a guy came up there with a box, dropped it down on the counter with an attitude, looked at my daughter and said What? The whole time we were in there, he was just terrible. As if we had ruined his day by him having to help us. I have never seen such behavior from a business in my life. He could not help me because the part I needed would not fit which was not his fault I couldn't be helped but he didn't even offer plumbing services which most places I've been to...
