Horrible customer service

Eastern Window and door has terrible customer service.We had the misfortune of getting envoved with them 19 years ago and regretted ever since. Spare yourself the misery and find another company.Their are many other business in Tidewater that treat there customers with respect after the deal is done.

I replaced 14 windows and my front door. I did my homework and checked all the companies in Virginia Beach and Chesapeake. Eastern Windows stood out as the best choice. They have a showroom with a variety of window samples which was helpful in deciding. I went with Lincoln wood replacement windows and could not be happier.
