Don't ever use them. They performed a survey for me indicating that someone owned certain land. They even had a prior survey indicating they were wrong, but dismissed the prior survey. I had to go to court over their mistake, and the Judge dismissed their survey. Why use any surveyor when they can't determine who owns property? Isn't that almost their sole job?

I would not recommend this surveyor to anybody.
I had a small piece of land I wanted surveyed. It was a flat and cleared piece of land.
Charged me nearly six thousand dollars for a piece of land that wasn't even an acre.
He made almost 5 mistakes while surveying and charged me for them.

Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Cons

- Hard man to get in contact with and even to talk to when you finally do.
