My child has been going to Eastern Peds since birth, and I loved her Doctor personally (Dr. Erwin). However, the staff at the office are most of the time friendly in person, but absolutely horrible with patient care. I've only taken my son here a couple of times, but it has been a pretty good experience. The person that takes the vital signs was wonderful...

I am very pleased with this pediatric dr office. I think both the doctors are great! And they take time with you as a parent and with the child..

I heard about this Doctor, Steven Phillips, from one of my friends. He is very nice, takes his time, talk to you and the children, AND it is easy to get SAME-DAY appointments! What more can you ask for. We love him.
