Great service.

On time or early, car is comfortable and driver was very personable. Price is lower than others I have used so I will definitely use them every time I come to NJ.

Great experience! Highly recommend. Jack was a great driver for the day. He took us to Rutherford NJ.

We had a great time in Temecula, Jack was great, very friendly and helpful, we were treated like VIP in every winery we went to and received great discounts. Thank you, Jack, for helping us have a great day.

Horrible dispatcher

Dispatcher has attitiude when it comes to customer service. Rutherford Taxi has lost me as a customer and I will tell my friends to use other cab companies than to use this one. It takes forever to build a reputation and one minute to destroy one.

I will never use this company anymore, instead I will use Top Town for all of my airport needs.
