I purchased a fridge from east coast appliance and we think this was the best decision. We got it at the best price and the associate and manager was so helpful. Try it out just don't go look at the prices and walk out make sure you talk to someone because they beat everybody prices around town.

East Coast Appliance is the BEST for customer service. We replaced a refrigerator last year from them, and their installation was on-time and thorough. The service installer was very polite and was impeccable in his clean-up before he left the house.

This actually 2 reviews. One is the sales staff, which were quite knowledgeable and nothing more needs to be said about them except they weren't pushy and they knew their products. We bought a washer & dryer in Nov. from East Coast. This was the worst experience I have every had. We have had problems with the washer. A tech came out who was very unprofessional, I called back again told them we were still having problems. So now they have refused to service our appliances. Wish I would have never bought from them. So I am stuck with this & have to find someone to service them. So in the meantime I called the manufacturer & found out ECA is not even an authorized dealer for service.....What a joke.
