I don't really understand how you could have not known???If you look before you even go into the store..the big sign out front says "authorized retailer" the stands in the store say it, the name tags say it, and the bag that you get with what you purchased in it also says it. also Dealer is another term of authorized retailer..."direct" would be the store your thinking about so you were not...

Had they stated that they were a "Verizion Store" and not a "Verizion Dealer" then there might be a problem. But how is it a RipOff that they stated they were a Dealer?
What did they do to you specifically?

This company rep is a fraud and they ripped me off too. They claim they were Verizon Wireless dealership, but they are only authorized dealers. That's not Verizon. She even wrote press releases saying how they needed a Verizon Wireless on this side of town. Alexa Ellis is a fraud! She lied to us and we want our money back! (804)314-7177.
