Ray was called for a problem with my toilet. He told me it was float which cost $5 at home depot. he changed it and charged me $125.00. Two weeks later, I had to replace the entire toilet assembly plus another $125.00 in labor? The kit cost $20 and takes 20 min to install. Found leak behind wall quickly and made repairs with minimum cutting away of the drywall and cleaned up afterward.

Ended up we didn't need the repairs. But excellent response and unbelievable as it may sound in this age, they did not charge us for unneeded repairs.
