I am very pleased with my experience here. Martin at Dyna-tronics could easily be named the "Reanimator"! He brought back to life an old but valued component that ordinary shops couldn't or wouldn't want to bother with. Replacement parts had ceased being available for years so Martin tore into the original part and replaced bits that were almost microscopic. I can't imagine other shops even...

Fantastic local service shop. Was given a cool old turntable but platter wasn't turning. Expected a $25 bench fee and repair bill. He opened it, moved the belt back into place which had slipped out (DUH!). This is the kind of electronics service centers that used to be throughout the country, a dying breed. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional- highly recommended!!

Here's the story, I have a 26" LCD RCA tv that I've had, lets say 4-5 yrs now. A couple yrs ago I noticed that when I turned on the unit, I would get sound but not the picture. If I turned the unit off, then on, then off, then on again, the picture would come up. Now this doesn't happen every single time you turn on the tv, it's sporadic. Took 2 DVD players there to get fixed. Had them for about 3 months and said nothing was wrong with them. Took them home and they didn't work. Took it back to Dyna Tronics. Played a DVD in the player while in the store, and it still didn't work. They still insisted nothing was wrong with it, and it passed all their tests. Stay far away from this place! Bite the bullet and pay the extra shipping...
