We had a vehicle breakdown, had to find a place to stay. Chose Dunning Mills INN. The room was less the desirable. Then, BEDBUGS! I went to sleep, my wife went to enter the bed with me later and there were two on me. We left right away. Got to another motel, showered removed all clothes and disposed of them....

Well I will begin by saying I thought this was a nice place to stay, boy was I wrong!!!!!!! I made reservations a couple days in advance for a nonsmoking room. When I arrived my room wasnt ready, so they gave me an alternate room wich stanked of cigarette smoke, the toilet was backed up and no toilet paper! Well...

The location is at the edge of town. The facility is very much in need of repair. The rooms were adequate size but lumpy bed and older furnishings. Suggest to pay more for a better place. We would not stay here again.
No breakfast is served and only coffee at 8 A.M.

The people who work there are very nice and pleasant, but they can only do so much with what they are given. Highly recommend renovations; stove, refrig, furniture is outdated, used well past its shelf life!!! Floor tiles are cracked, carpet needs to be replaced, and seriously needs a paint job. This place was very dirt. The furniture was very dirt you would not want to sit on it. The towels were paper thin you got one per person. You only got enough hot water for one person at a time. They don't do housekeeping on week ends. They don't change the linens everyday. Only once a week. I wasn't sure if I got clean linens or not.
