I asked for the Peppermint Signature latte. It's suppose to have whip cream and chocolate on top. But all I got was an iced coffee with peppermint flavor in it.

Employees are extremely disrespectful and don't seem to know how to act in a business environment. Orders are wrong frequently, and management is a joke.
