This is a very busy location and the only place on Rte. 202. There is always a line in the drive through in the AM and PM. The line moves fast, since the staff works well together to get you coffee and other product out...fast. The interior is clean. They only have one unisex bathroom as they expanded the kitchen and took away one of the bathrooms. There is also a portapotty in the parking lot!

Awful service and parking

Ridiculous parking for the curbside ordering. I placed a mobile order for curbside service, a girl came out to ask me a question about my order within minutes after placing it, 20 mins later, I had to go in to ask about my order, where...the same girl just turned and walked away from me when I was talking to her and said they were just waiting on our two drinks (a tea and a refresher). Horrible...

Been going to this Dunkin’ since it opened. There have been changes that removed a nice comfortable sitting area. The regulars miss having it. I also want to note that many of the issues that this Dunkin’ has are a direct result of the town...of Henniker being needlessly difficult. Complaints about bathrooms, difficult parking and drive-through issues should be directed to the selectmen in...

Service was not friendly. There were very slow to get our order to us. Only one bathroom, so there was quite a wait. (That is not a way to win customers and tells us that the company has a cheap mindset.)
