Enfield DD review

Enfield DD is the worst DD around. It's 5 pm on a Friday night and the lobby is closed!! There are three people working!!!! Matt is working so.....guess that says enough

Order messed up again

If this wasn't in a convenient location, I wouldn't keep going there. I never order sandwiches because they never get it right (and then argue with you). Coffee hasn't been an issue until today. I went thru the drive up, order takers are sullen and...short, but that's nothing new.

When I realized it was not what I ordered, I brought it back, no one cared.

I can’t believe how they treat ppl here. The owners have yet to call me and it’s been 3 days since my visit! I won’t be returning and I was a regular customer! Don’t GO HERE!

There are never enough people working there. The wait is ridiculous! Lately there have been 2 workers...3 at the most. Tonight we went to get a coffee, drive thru was closed so my husband went in....

The staff has for the most part always been friendly. I have gotten a chai tea there before that literally tasted like just milk and sugar in a cup. I had to throw it away when I got to work.
