These poor people are so overwhelmed. They need 2 extra bodies so they can function properly. Took me 15 minutes to get a breakfast sandwich and iced latte at 8:45am.

The store is frequently understaffed. Even when properly staffed, the workers are clueless about the coffee. They think the nitro is like an energy drink and I had 2 workers try to convince me...
