we just got coffee from this dunkin and the manager was screaming at the employees. it was so uncomfortable and unprofessional. no manager should ever treat their team like that

All employees were masked, coffee was made to order and delicious. Staff was friendly and order was ready in no time at all. I didn't have to ask for a straw. Way to go, Dunkin, Plymouth!

I stopped on a long journey at this DD about 1 1/2 miles off Route 93. Honestly, I wasn't even sure what town I was in. The staff was so helpful and friendly, I have to praise them.
