WOW! I have gone numerous times to this Dunkin to grab coffee etc. Last night I went thru the drive thru at 630pm to get a coffee and bagel before work. Was told that the oven was off and that the toaster is off as...well. Was told they took them both offline to clean before they close at 7pm. UNACCEPTABLE!!
