Until recently, the staff was what you wanted to find anywhere; friendly, helpful and simply great.

I've been here twice this month and the new morning staff is the opposite. Twice, coffee ordered is missing even the basic, default level of cream and sugar it's...supposed to have. Flavor shots requested, if there, are not detectable.
