I am a lifetime consumer of dunkin' donuts coffee. In Newport News Virginia all the mom and pop type dunkin' donuts stores have terrible service rotation of employees that do not know what they're doing it is outrageous. I'm partly disgusted with dunkin' donuts company...and how these franchises are being managed.

And on top of that they recently decided to add different levels of coffee...
