Why do businesses advertise products on tv then when you get there they don't have them. I gave up on all the ones in Newport news cause the sandwiches are putrid. Then I spotted one in Hampton....

I would NOT recommend this place. STAY AWAY!!!! They do not care about their customers. Drive thru was busy so decided to go inside. Waited a long time inside just to get my order taken. Then after my order was taken. The manager who took...my order left and told the drive thru employee to make my coffee and disappeared. There was only one employee in drive thru and she was busy enough. I...

Customer service is awful. My 2 hot coffee were served ice cold (in a foam cup). My iced coffee was almost all milk, no coffee. Don't recommend
