i would never go back

i went in to buy a car and out seller was terrence monroe. he couldnt help us with what we wanted and our price range, and he didnt even try to help us. he was rude, and didnt seem interested in our business. i would not go back there and i would not recommend anyone to go there.

Customer service needs work

I routinely order parts from the parts department - probably once a month. Four out of five times they order the wrong part. Not once have I had an apology for having to drive 15 miles each way because they screwed up once again. The final straw came when I got a battery from them a few weeks ago, which boiled over and ruined my car's paint job. I will never shop from them again.
