We have been staying here for several years for the Christmas Boat Parade-we always get a room on the beach side so we can watch from the room if it is to cold-the rooms are clean-shower is great-not a fancy hotel but serves our purpose-front desk is very strict on the check-in rules-I have AAA however I did not have my new card on me so they would not honor it-never had this issue in the past

NOT a good experience. Apparently, check out is 1100am and if you're not OUT this hotel will cut you no slack - and they will charge you for another night - even if it's 1200noon ( because that's the time you thought check out was ) The front desk woman was impossible. She actually told us : You don't have to stay another night, but you will be charged for one. How crass. Would not stay here...
