I thought the original estimate was rather high and would have probably continued to investigate other contractors if you hadn't been willing to review the estimate and moderate the price.

Miscommunication resulted in having to reschedule the appointment. That was unfortubnate as I had taken the day off of work to meet the technician. In the end it all worked out fine.
