Mr. Isaac Forrest arrived unsolicited at the home of an elderly friend. Offered to clean and repair gutters. Did not give estimate.

When job was finished, Mr. Forrest wrote out ""estimate"" for $2,500 which my friend immediately paid by check.

After consulting with family and police, friend stopped payment on check. When Mr. Forrest returned, she offered $350 which was accepted.
