This is by far the worst experience in dealing with a "spa". This is not a spa. The place is not welcoming and the people are NOT friendly. The walls are bare and the skill level of the massage therapist is fair. Sure, they sell tons of Groupon and Living Social coupons but they are looking to do minimal work and just make money. I recieved a Groupon Gift for a 90 minute massage. I could not reach anyone at this spa after calling every day for 5 days straight. Worst groupon I have ever bought. They scammed me by not answering their phones when I needed to make an appointment in order to redeem my groupon. Then, when they groupon expired, they expected me to pay the $71 difference using my groupon credit. I feel they stole my $29. Besides, their location and ambiance is disappointing in every possible way.
