Dran was very informative, I live out of town and he made the process of checking my rental property easy. I needed a second opinion after paying another company over and over to do check my AC unit. After troubleshooting the 50 year old system, it was decided to replace the unit with an updated heat pump type system. Dran gave me an estimate within an hour and ordered and installed the system within 2 days, with in the quoted price.
