Poor customer service. Company scheduled a follow-up appt. to today and failed to personally call to advice of cancellation. They relied on a 3rd party company to provide an update when the 3rd party company did not schedule the appt. My whole house was backed up and I had raw sewage in the showers. The toilets were overflowing, and it was just a mess. They arrived VERY quickly, were respectful, neat, fast, super helpful and kind. I've never been moved to write a review about a business, but they really helped me out when I needed it (my husband was deployed and I have a toddler).
