Dr. Novosel, without question, has provided the most accurate and beneficial diagnosis and care. I cannot recommend Dr. Novosel enough. For years I have been going to another dermatologist who would not slow down enough to listen to my history. As a result I have unnecessary scars and a skin condition that Dr. Novosel has under control with only one visit. I have already recommended her to family and friends. Dr. Novosel was horribly rude, in both her manner and speech and spent roughly 6 minutes with me. It became clear that hers is a churn office. She refused to listen to my symptoms, made an incorrect judgement as to what my issue was and refused to listen to me when I told her I think I have a gluten rash. I would not recommend Dr. Novosel to anyone. I was referred to her by ER docs who couldn't help me, I was diagnosed with gluten sensitivity which I suspected & told Dr. Novosel. Her bedside manner could not be any more rude, I was insulted. She talked to me as if I could not possibly have any clue simply because I am not a doctor. She cut me off repeatedly & refused to listen to my symptoms. I...
