Help us make it rightThey holed you hostage. Has the worst billing dept. I've ever dealt with. Dr. Grant wrote wrong code for the insurance billing. I've talked to them many times trying to get it straight. Then you get same bill. The billing department blames Dr. Grant because he's the only one who can change it. After 2 three way calls between Dr. Grant's office, Blue Cross, and myself figured it was fixed...
