Dr. Mitchell fused L1-L5 after I fractured two vertebrae by falling out of a tree in 2003. I'm submitting this review 14 years later to report that the surgery was literally a miracle in terms of how it fixed my spine, ended long-term chronic back pain and improved my general health. I was referred to Dr Mitchell for evaluation of my scoliosis. However someone put the reason for appointment as back pain. Only 1 of mri's were reviewed before my appointment. I feel Dr Mitchell was not prepared for my issue. I will not return.

Dr Mitchell Jr. did an amazing job. He did three levels of spinal fusion on my lumbar spine 1.5 years ago. I was able to return to full activity three months after the surgery. It was a tremendous experience having him as my surgeon.
