My child and myself have been a pt at this office for almost a year now, We have had an issue and about a month of meds have come up missing from my home, I have made a police report with all the names of people that have been in home home which is a list of 3, So I have been trying to work with there RUDE front desk to get this taken care if bc I do not want my son to stop this medication cold turkey, they have basically told me its not their problem, this past Monday one the providers finally returned my call and promised me that my child's PCP will have he records in time for his appt today 10/1/14, well of course that is not what has happened, I then spoke with Crystal the office manager (EXTREMELY RUDE) and she stated to me "well they were just sighed off the PCP will get them either the close of business today of tomorrow, I stated to her that was unacceptable due to the fact my child was in office with PCP already I did state to her that she couldn't take 10 min and take care of this and she said she had to make copies of the record and then she could fax them and it would not be until 5 today of tomorrow... NOW not to sound like a spoiled brat and just want things my way, when I stared with this office i sighed a release so that the PCP would always receive a copy of the visit automatically, in addition I am a nurse and work in a DR office, it takes all of MAYBE 5 min to fax out records..... If you have any other option DO NOT GO TO THE OFFICE THERE STAFF IS RUDE AND THEY HAVE NOT COMPASSION OR CARE FOR THEIR PATIENTS....
