Dr. Loewinger got her education at Columbia University and University of Pennsylvania Dental School. And it clearly shows. She is smart and has great judgment to go along with her touch. I have used her for years.

I love Dr. Loewinger. I have been her patient for years. She is painless, sweet, smart. We now have a patient/Dr. friendship that makes me very trusting and comfortable.

The City Paper ran an article on Dr. Loewinger that said she "made dentistry as painless as it could be." And I agree. From the beautiful office, to the smiles of Dr. Loewinger and the staff, to the kindness of all, I look forward to going to the dentist.
