My five year old daughter saw Dr. Pollard for a broken arm. Two weeks after the break he attempted to reset her arm and actually made things worse. Applied a cast which was the worst I'd ever seen. Ended up having to get her treated urgently at UVA Children's hospital to avoid her arm healing incorrectly. Seeing this doctor made this so much more traumatic for her than it needed to be. ...

Dr Pollard operated on my lower back at end of June 2016. Was to be in hospital 1 night. After surgery I was not able to lift or use my left leg. Spent 2 1/2 months in Rehabilitation and never received an explanation from him. He came to my room once while I was highly drugged on narcotics and 1time while in skilled nursing. He was VERY short with me. Very poor bedside manner. Do not recommend...
