If negative stars were an option it would be -5. I've never seen a medical office engage in such shady practices as to force you to make a appointment before you leave. I made a appointment a year out and clearly specified to confirm the date again closer. No call no nothing. I get a bill for $50 in the mail. My wife has been a patient for years! I wouldn't recommend this practice to my worst...
