I have always liked Dr van horn but the people that take calls and make appointments are horrible. I was put on hold for nearly 20 mins and when calling back the lady said, "oh, I'm sorry, in new. You have to understand. They shouldn't leave me up here by myself." That was after calling back at least 10 times within that hr to get her to answer the phone. She was great as long as I was just doing my yearly checkups, the minute I needed a doctor she referred me. (It tuned out my iron was low) I find that she doesn't pay attention to what I'm saying.

I was so happy with Dr. Van Horn as my primary care doctor that I also chose her to care for my son since he was born 2 years ago. She has always been incredibly kind and helpful and I have had complete confidence in her medical guidance.
