Dr Laibstain is wonderful. Same can't be said for his office personnel. He's surrounded by incompetent staff that repeatedly don't relay messages correctly or at all, follow through with basic functions of medial office, ie: helping w/ins. authorizations or RX's for someone who waited & went without meds for 2 weeks.Then yelling & condescending 4 inquiring Stating they didn't get a fax then...

Dr Paulsen is friendly and easy to talk to. I see her and my mom saw her father at the same practice. The only reason i have her four stars is because they sometimes charge fees for calling in prescriptions. Etc. they WILL. Charge you for missing an appointment they are strict about that. But they are a family run office so maybe thats the reason? However it is worth it to have a friendly...

My husband & I have been seeing Dr Paulsen for 2 yrs since we moved to VA. As a retired nurse, I find her most efficient & proactive. She discovered my husband's bladder cancer with a routine urinalysis so it was caught EARLY. I have referred at least 3 friends & all find her a great doctor. She also LISTENS to her patients. I highly recommend her.
