They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. Dr. Rawles is a native of Richmond, Virginia. He earned both a Master's Degree in biochemistry and a Doctor of Medicine degree at the Medical College of Virginia. He did both his internship and residency at the University of Rochester Medical Center, after which he completed a three-year fellowship in gastroenterology at Johns Hopkins University Medical Center.
