He has a policy of charging $15 for calling in refills of prescriptions that I find ludicrous in today's medical world.

Dr Cochran is very rude! He met me and my daughter outside the door at your docs in at 742pm. He said we are closed. I looked at the door and said the door says 8pm. He then rolled his eyes and said we had 12 hours to get here. He was very rude to my daughter as well.
