He was using a drug off label that was causing me to have seizures and he KNEW this was happening and he continued to prescribe it for 2 1/2yrs!!! Then other drs in town bc of the side effects of it diagnosed me incorrectly with every pshychiatric diagnosis there is except schizophrenic and i still dont know what they thought they were seeing. Dr. Martinson misdiagnosed me at the age of 16. I have been on medication for 7 years, unnecessarily. After moving away and needing a new doctor. It was determined that I was misdiagnosed. After getting three more 2nd opinions this was the case. I have been off medications for about 2 years and have not had any relapses in my mental health. In retrospect I wish this didn't happen.
