Dr. Austin treated my son for 17 years and I appreciated her service and dedication to her patients. She always addressed every issue and was extremely thorough. She is pleasant and often quite but she sees things through. She accommodated me and my son when I was transitioning employers and having health care coverage issues. They told us the only appointment for first time visitors was at 9am. My baby was due for a nap so he was super fussy. I had to fill out the patient info that took 25 mins. Then, we had to do 4 surveys on the PC at the place that took another 25 mins. Then the Dr. Didn't show until 10:30am. I left at 10am because my baby was miserable. Never going there again.
