I won't go anywhere else. These guys use genuine, OEM parts. Sure, you can get cheaper service elsewhere with no-name parts and questionable service. Or you can have these guys do it right the first time.
I cannot begin to descibe my dissatisfaction with Downtown Tire. They charge you for inspection even when you ask them specifically to do something. Then with the labor costs that's a hundred bucks not counting parts. In addition to this you have to subject yourself to their attempting to charge you for things you did not bring in your car for. These people here really know what they are doing. I had a great experiance here. I usually don't like taking my car in for repairs because I feel like I get the run around, but they did not do that here.
