Me and my family have lived at Dove Landing Plaza for a year now and going on another year. If we could move out now we would. We hate living here because of our neighbors up stairs (the banging noise from the ceiling) and just the bad neighborhood. I will never recommend my friends or family to move here. We have called the office numerous of times about our neighbors and nothing has been done...

Dove Landing is a great place to live! I have been here for 4 years with low rent, awesome renewal incentives, large apartment & perfect location in the city. I would recommend assigned parking for residents and visitors as sometimes it is hard to park on the weekends but overall I'm happy.

I have lived at Dove Landing for about 3 months now, and I am absolutely happy with my place. The space and price are wonderful. The office staff is very helpful, and maintenance is right on top of things. I could not be happier with my decision to move here. If you want a helpful staff and a nice affordable apartment, move here.

People at the office ( new management) are rude.We had an issue and the lady sounded very conceited and didn't want to listen. She kept saying the same thing over and over. Aren't willing to help. Overall the apartment is okay. But it's never clean in the hallway, garbage outside is full and you can always see some garbage ourside the garbage containers. And the swimming pool isn't working and...
