I used to love this place, I have been going there for years., but today I needed one contact, ONE, because I was given a black eye over the weekend and it had ripped my contact....without my contacts I am BLIND. but since I was 4 days past my annual exam they couldn't give me ONE contact until I could make it in.... I couldn't believe how rude the office MANAGER was. I was crying on the phone...

Made an appointment over a year ago. Was on my way to the appointment when the office called to let me know they had just discovered that morning that they had overbooked appointments and mine had to be cancelled.
