Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Refrigeration Install and Service
I would like to give no stars at all. Called June 1st of 2015 and stated that our AC wasn't cooling the house. Two weeks went by, then three, then four.....All this time our AC was working around the clock, even on 70 degree days. Called several times making sure they still had us on the schedule. Was blatantly lied to by the girl who answered the phone, stating that they were extremely backed up. We were patient. It was the summer. We understood. Today it has almost been 2 months since we called. Not one call from them, we always called to follow up. Today the girl said after talking to her manager, they didn't have time to come out. They were too booked from Friday. I asked her if the people they booked with on Friday had service tickets before June 1st....her answer was NO. Thanks for being a horrible company that lies to its customers time and time again. No integrity here at all. Yes, we use an insurance company and I know some people don't like them. Keep your complaining to yourself. Its simple, if you don't want to deal with the insurance company don't sign a contract, verbal or physical, saying you will service their customers. That is lying....again, INTEGRITY. Now my 75 year old mother, who can NOT be in the heat, has to deal with this until we can find someone else. I will make sure your true reputation is heard.
The winter of 2013-2014 has been the coldest that I can remember. Our oil burning furnace worked well but the oil cost us around $1600 a month due to the increasing high cost of oil. My wife and I began to consider an alternative heating system. The Doug Williams Rick Gilbert Company was highly recommended to us. We contacted them and they immediately sent a salesman and several technicians to inspect our system and give us their opinion and provide us with an estimate. We also contacted another local company for an estimate.
We were impressed with the thoroughness of Doug Williams Rick Gilbert as they checked everything. We were given a brochure and in a few days they sent us 3 estimates with detailed information and warranties. The estimates give us choices on the best way to fill our needs and fit into our budget. We greatly appreciated the idea of having choices.
We chose the option of replacing the entire heating unit and also replacing the stand alone air conditioning unit with a complete package that provide both heating and air conditioning at a very reasonable price. It was a Friday. We asked how soon they could install the system. We were told they could do the work the following Monday. We also asked how many days it would take so that we could make plans to be away if necessary. We were told that all of the work would be done in one day. That was wonderful news!
Monday came and the crew arrived early. Without delay they removed all of the old equipment and began installing the new. My wife and I were both impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. I asked one of the technicians how long that he had been doing this kind of work and he told me 28 years. I was pleased with that kind of experience. I was also happy with the rest of the crew’s performance as everyone was always doing some part of the work. There was no time wasted. Another thing that impressed me was their positive attitude. At the end of the day one of the technicians double checked everything to make sure everything was working properly including the new digital thermostat. They left no mess or anything for us to clean up.
I believe that their timeliness, their work ethics, their knowledge of this trade, their attitude and their fair pricing has made their company successful. My wife and I are glad to recommend their services.

Last summer we had out downstairs heating and AC replaced by Doug Williams Rick Gilbert. We were so happy with the results and the lower electric bill. This summer they replaced the upstairs system. Danny Gregory and Dillion Rollinson were very professional and did a great job!
This company is beyond amazing! Even with the Temps soaring they haven't slowed down a bit. Thanks for the awesome work!!
