Quality of the room is very good except that there's no place to sit and do work. No desk or side chair and so a very small table with the coffee maker must be moved close to the bed for seating. Table is too small for anything other than the laptop itself.

…because by the time you read it, this hotel will close, renovate for several months and one of the “Graduate” hotels. Seems a bit odd because the hotel looked pretty full and it wasn’t the cheapest available. Anyway, the room was nice and the staff was friendly.

We didn't have hot water when we needed to take a shower, the person who was parking or bringing my car had a nasty attitude answering the phone or when you were face to face to him. But people in the lobby very nice, they tried to help us any time that we needed something.

The rooms are adequate but a bit on the small side,Its noisy at times from the street, not in a great area of town,hookers nearby on next block by a convenience store. Very plain Jane lobby....no parking unless you want to pay $20 a night!!! would stay some place else next time I go to Richmond

The valet parking, shuttle drivers and room cleaning staff makes you feel at home. The bar was crowded so the service was slow BUT the wait staff was VERY friendly and courteous. The food was GREAT. View from the room was Beautiful
