Initially, we were very impressed the room. Loved the layout and the suite style. The bed was HEAVENLY - we actually had trouble getting up. It was so comfortable. We did find a cigarette burn on the comforter, which was mildly disconcerting, but again, not THAT big of a deal. Then we came back to the hotel one night, only to find that neither one of our keys worked anymore. We had to trek back...
