When they came to my house they were very proffesional and polite. Showed up on time and instructed me how to properly use my new door.The door was very tough and sturdy and i really enjoyed the windows and style of carriage door that he sold to me...... I let the guy who came out help pick my door ....I m sure his name was Tim. I would refer this company to anyone as they were referred to me...
