I've been a pt of Dr. Duncan for about 4 yrs now Out of convenience. But she is thus far the worst! Either she's over an hour late or your waiting over an hour to be seen! Not to mention you can never get through to the office over the phones and when your in the back with her you basically run the show her energy is so low!

Very negative.

I have visited her a couple of times, with scheduled appts, but each time the wait was more than an hour and a half. I checked, with other patients in the room, and they had very similar experiences.

The doctor was supposed to get back to me and I had to leave 2 followup messages before I heard from her.

I've placed the dental care of my whole family in the capable hands of Dr. Neil Fabricant for many years. Even now that the kids have moved on, Dr. Fabricant continues to provide thorough dental care while asking after our whole family. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

Oh my gosh... I was in so much pain from a toothache I thought I was going to pass out. Dr. Fabricant was able to see me the same day and I walked out in 35 minutes totally back to normal. He's the best and I'm switching dentists!
